A lovely night ride. I passed Dave who was riding up from Penrhyncoch on the way up the hill so had plenty of time to get ready and have a leisurely look at the lake.

When Dave arrived at Pendam we set off around the Summit trail in perfect conditions. Sunny, cool and still. I was feeling good too.The light was getting a little dim towards the bottom of the Mark of Zoro, but there was still plenty for the climb up the leg burner which passed by surprisingly quickly. Lights went on at the top though.

before we knew it we had done the Summit Trail so added a little bit on around the back of Hippity Hop.
